CHASKA, MN (December 1, 2017) – Tractel is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Raddatz to the position of Logistics Coordinator at the BlueWater facility in Chaska, Minnesota.
Mr. Raddatz comes to Tractel with an experienced background in logistics coordination and management. Previously, he was the Logistics and Warehouse Manager for Bauer Welding, a tube manufacturing facility that focuses on exhaust, frame, and suspensions components in the sports power industry. During his nine-year tenure at Bauer, he oversaw the movement of all finished product, from production to the warehouse to the customer, and managed all finishing service vendors.
Mr. Raddatz has a BS in Business Administration and Management from Bemidji State University, is a current MBA candidate, and holds a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma, a data-driven methodology used to improve business processes using statistical analysis.
