The Dynasafe system uses three different electric load limiter devices. Dynasafe HF35 is a wire rope electronic sensor, which is designed for installation on a wire rope and is accurate to within 1%. It has a capacity range of 2 to 20 tonnes and is compatible with rope diameters of between 5 and 45mm.
HF10 electronic load cells are designed for installation at dead ends or integrated into a machine. Accurate to 0.2%, they have a capacity range of 1.6 to 16 tonnes. Dynasafe HF50 are shear stress electronic load cells for installation as a shaft. They are customized and are accurate to within 0.5%.
