Our ESG policy was designed taking into account, among others, the European Non-Financial Reporting Directive, the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Our ESG policy covers 11 focus areas that are grouped in 4 main pillars.
We set our priorities based on the dual materiality analysis shown below:
All 11 areas are covered by a detailed action plan, shared with, and owned by, company managers.
Our results are measured by 32 KPIs, ranging from CO2 emissions to work accidents and complaints-handling times. Each has a target by 2025.
