Returned goods policy

Seller will not accept the return of items made, specially procured, or specially finished to Buyer’s order. No goods shall be returned without the advance written consent of the Seller. Credit cannot be allowed or refund made on returns of less than $10.00 net value, except where Seller is at fault. Any returned goods will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Guidelines for Shipping Returns

When shipping the product back to Tractel Inc., you will be required to:

  • Submit a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA)
  • Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip.
  • Include the approved RMA Form within the package
  • Write the Approved RMA number on the outside of the packaging
  • Please prepay shipping. Tractel does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D).

How to Initiate a Return for an Online Order

  • Login to your online account
  • Locate the order from within the My Account > Order History Section
  • Select the ‘View Order’ button to view the order details
  • In the ‘Need Help?’ section, click the ‘Return Order’ link
  • Complete the Return Request process form and Submit
