Presentation of the “tractel.com” Website and Conditions of Use

The www.tractel.com website, hereafter called the “Website”, is the property of TI EXPANSION, a Société Anonyme [public limited company] with a capital of 201,712 euros, registered on the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B127 506, whose head office is at 12, rue de l’Industrie, L-3895 Foetz, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, intra-community VAT no. LU 21915234.

Liability

It is TRACTEL’s intention to ensure that users have access to the Website at all times and to make all reasonable efforts to provide users with quality information. Nevertheless, the information on the Website is for informational purposes only and TRACTEL does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or the up-to-date nature of the information made available on the Website. Users are therefore advised to carry out additional, customised analysis before acting in reliance on the information on the Website. 
TRACTEL expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions, or for any absence of availability of information or services, for any reason whatsoever, or for the presence of viruses on the Website. 
TRACTEL further disclaims liability for direct and/or indirect damages to any user resulting from accessing the Website, including without limitation damages resulting from inaccessibility, from reliance on information coming directly or indirectly from the Website, or from a fraudulent intrusion of a third party leading to a modification of the information displayed on the Website, even if TRACTEL has been informed of any such issues. 
Consequently, users accept that they use this information at their own risk.

The Website’s entire content is TRACTEL’s property or is used with the express and prior permission of the right holder.  All content composing the Website - text, images, databases, photographs, commercial trademarks, logos, etc. - and its general structure are works protected by intellectual property laws, especially copyrights, trademark rights, and by international treaties.  
The rights regarding these elements are reserved. Consequently, any reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation, or other use by any third party is expressly prohibited without TRACTEL’s prior, written permission. Any person downloading or collecting information made available on the Website only has a personal and private right to use that information in order to learn more about TRACTEL and no use, republication or dissemination of that information is permitted for any other purpose. In all cases, authorised reproduction of the information collected must adequately indicate that TRACTEL is the source and of that information.
 

Hypertext Links

Prior, express permission has been obtained for the hypertext links used on the Website to redirect users to other resources on the internet.  TRACTEL does not exercise any control over the content on those third party websites and disclaims liability with regard to them. 

TRACTEL reserves the right to delete the links displayed on its Website to a third party website if the latter becomes contrary to TRACTEL’s principles.

Visitors to the Website may not, under any circumstances, set up a link to the Website without TRACTEL’s prior, written permission. Any request to do so must be sent to the Website’s Publication Director.

Modification

TRACTEL reserves the right to change the Website’s content, including without limitation, in order to update these legal notices or to limit access to the Website at any time. 

Applicable Law

This Website is governed by Luxembourg law and falls solely within the competence of the Luxembourg courts.  By continuing to use the Website, a user is specifically acknowledging that the user has read, understands and agrees to use the Website solely in accordance with the conditions and requirements set forth herein.
