The Tirak hoist is the ideal and universal option for man-riding. The compact dimensions and low weight enable easy handling to and on site. Integration of the Tirak hoist into the installation methods and applications is easy, thus increasing productivity and efficiency.
A complete series of Tirak models offers load capacities from below 300 kg up-to 2.000 kg for man riding. The low weight of the Tirak permits the
system to have a higher payload.
Thanks to the Tirak rope pass-through design, unlimited rope lengths are theoretically possible, making the Tirak a flexible tool which can be easily adapted for each project.
All Tirak systems intended for man riding are equipped with integrated overload protection which reliably shuts down the Tirak in the event of overloading.
The highest safety standards apply when man riding. Certified to EN1808 by an independent testing authority, the Tirak hoist fulfils all of these requirements.

On construction sites, you are often pressed on time and need installations to be up-and-running as quickly as possible. THis requires suspension points that are quick and easy to use, but still have a high WLL.
Our product range of trolleys and beam clamps allow flexibility on the construction site. Thanks to the adjustability on site, it is also possible to react to unplanned conditions and save important time, even for man riding applications.
Tractel is one of the first manufacturers to develop a complete range of fall arrest systems with a capacity greater than 100 kg, compliant with EU standards.
This range, including anchoring systems, connectors, fall arresters, automatic fall arresters, sliding fall arresters, harnesses, belts, and thigh straps, is tested according to European specifications:
This range is tested to stop the fall of an operator weighing 150 kg (this figure includes the weight of a person and their equipment) and allows employees to work safely at height, both vertically and horizontally, and in roof / edge applications.
In order to provide protection for the user up to the maximum allowed weight, the entire security line (anchorage – fall arrester – harness) must be High Capacity Range 150 KG.
Testing and controlling anchor points and installations ensures safety for everyone involved. We have a complete range of mechanical and electronic anchor testers. Our Dynafor load cell range can be used to measure loads and forces throughout installations.
